Living in a different country, immersed in a new culture and language, was a whole new learning process for me. “At Sookmyung Women’s University, I had the chance to meet many interesting students, not only from Korea but also from the Philippines, Brunei, Indonesia, and more. If I recall correctly, there were about 100 exchange students, making it such a diverse environment. Despite being a women’s university, there were also around 10 male students enrolled in the same program, proving that studying at Sookmyung Women’s University as a male student is possible.”

“I intentionally organized my timetable to suit my convenience, balancing my studies with plenty of travel opportunities. I had the chance to explore not only different parts of Korea but also visited the Philippines, Vietnam, and other destinations. If I were to describe my fall semester in 2023, I’d say it was adventurous, lively, and mind-blowing. Without a doubt, it was one of the best times of my life.“
