Students will develop a full business plan covering market research, financial projections, cash flow statements, budgeting, cost analysis, risk management, and performance measurement.
Through this program, students gain direct insights from successful entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and equity fund managers and learn how to secure private financing.
After completing their concentration courses, students apply their knowledge by launching businesses through consultancy projects.
