Paulina Arendasova graduated with a double undergraduate degree and a master's degree in psychology from the University of New York in Prague.
Building her career path as an accredited coach and psychologist, Paulina works as HR assistant, a dance teacher and an entrepreneur in her dance and psychology business. Besides that, she teaches the seminars Group Work Processes and, Body Image and Sexuality in Psychology at School of Psychology at UNYP. She is in charge of a project "GenZ and Other Generations: What Can We Learn from Each Other" at UNYP. Paulina does pro bono counseling for war-affected Ukrainian refugees living in Prague and does workshops for various events and organizations (e.g. Kamdu; career and education-related workshops for Gen Z students. Amazon-diversity, burn-out, etc.). Among her interesting experiences is a speech at the TEDxUNYP event. At the TED talk she was talking about her research, which was published by the journal Marathon (The ASE, Department of Physical Education and Sports in Bucharest, Romania). The research shows that the dance styles focused on sexual expression (eg. Twerk) have a positive impact on sexual self-esteem and self-body image in adult women dancers.
