On February 24, the University of New York in Prague held a timely and insightful discussion on the early foreign policy moves of the new U.S. administration and their implications for Czechia and the European Union.
The event featured two prominent Czech experts in international affairs, Petr Kolář and Tomáš Klvaňa, who shared their perspectives on the administration’s initial decisions, key policy announcements, and the strategic options available to European countries.
The discussion covered a range of critical topics, including NATO’s role in the evolving security framework, the importance of defense cooperation among EU nations, and the potential development of a European defense strategy.
