Program Highlights Making the UNYP MBA Special

At UNYP, you’ll gain practical skills you can apply immediately in your business:

• Our innovative 2022 G.R.O.W. to FLOW peer-based learning helps you implement classroom knowledge in real-world situations during your studies.
• All participants engage in a Strategic Consulting Practicum with Deloitte and work in teams to solve real-world business challenges. Throughout the practicum, they develop key experiential learning skills, including problem identification, research, solution development, and presenting recommendations to a panel of experts. At the end of the process, the panel evaluates the presentations and selects a winning team.
• All participants complete an EEMC-accredited Coaching and Mentoring Course as part of the program. As an add-on, they can obtain a personal coaching and mentoring accreditation, enabling them to work as certified coaches.

Choose your path with two study formats to fit your needs

EMCC has been here since 1992 and works towards developing, setting, and elevating the expectation of the best practices in mentoring, coaching, and supervision for the good of the global community.

The UNYP MBA is an 18-month program of lifelong learning, delivered in two formats: 

• A weekday program where students attend classes 4 times a week for 14 months to complete 11 core and 3 concentration courses, followed by a 4-month Master’s thesis as a consultancy project.
• A weekend program for busy professionals, with classes every second weekend for 14 months to complete 11 core and 3 concentration courses, followed by a 4-month Master’s thesis as a consultancy project.

UNYP offers an optional MBA preparation for students who need to refresh key basics or strengthen certain management skills. Before the program begins, UNYP provides a free pre-MBA workshop covering finance, accounting, marketing, and management, ensuring students start their studies well-prepared and on equal footing with classmates.
