Well-being rejects the need for personal change

Doc. Marek Preiss wrote an article focusing on the fact that, in the past centuries, our ancestors worked in difficult conditions for up to eighteen hours a day, and self-development or abundant rest was an unthinkable luxury for them. Today we live in relative affluence – at least in Western society – and personal we have much more leisure time. He is discussing the answer to a question whether or not we can make good use of it.
