Women’s right for education targeted

Women’s right for education oftentimes is one of the first targets of anti-democratic regimes and elements of societies. Political extremists view women primarily through the lenses of their roles as mothers that bring life to future generation of nations, but along with that, as transmitters of cultural values as well. In their view, educated women pose a threat to the entire nation.
