Regulations and Compliance

The activities of UNYP are subject to legislative acts of Czech government, most importantly the Higher Education Act (Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on higher education institutions and on amendments to other acts).

On top of these, UNYP has a system of internal by-laws that stipulate the institutional governance and define the procedures, powers, rights and obligations in all areas of UNYP’s activity. This system consists of
