Adam Šíma

As a Psychologist, Adam specializes in business psychology, assisting companies in every aspect of the employee life cycle. Additionally, he is also a certified group fitness instructor, leading Les Mills BodyCombat™ classes. His passion for teaching and lecturing extends to his interests in business psychology, sports psychology, philosophy, and martial arts. Currently he is a lecturer at UNYP and Charles University, Prague.
