Ashley Melucci is an English teacher from Long Island, New York. After completing her bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology from CUNY Hunter College, she moved to Prague, where she taught English for two years in various schools and businesses. In 2018, she attained her master’s degree in anthropological research from the University of Manchester, focusing on the implications of the Troubled Teen Industry in the United States.
