Lojain Elsaie

Lojain is a UNYP alum, having earned both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. During her master's studies, she conducted a mixed-methods study on sexual guilt and shame among Egyptians, exploring how cultural norms, identity, and religiosity shape emotions, behaviors, and perceptions of the self. The research involved in-depth interviews with participants from different genders, sexual orientations, and religiosity levels.

Beyond research, Lojain is passionate about fostering interactive and engaging learning experiences. She held guest lectures at UNYP on conducting mixed-methods research for psychology master's students, drawing from her own experience as an MPS student. Lojain also led interactive sessions on group dynamics using creative methods to explore group work processes. 

In addition to academia, she regularly hosts workplace workshops, focusing on conflict management, stress reduction, and team health—helping teams build stronger connections and create a more supportive work environment.
