This section outlines the requirement for prospective students applying to Czech-accredited programs at UNYP (e.g., Dual degrees in Communication and Media or International Relations) to provide a recognition certificate for foreign diplomas, known as «Nostrification,» as mandated by Czech law.
Exceptions apply to certain countries under bilateral agreements, such as Germany, Slovakia, and Hungary.
For students pursuing only an American diploma, nostrification is not required. However, they must submit a signed Nostrification Declaration to the designated officer. This choice may influence visa conditions and job market opportunities for international students.
