Educational Partnerships

The University of New York in Prague (UNYP) is the main educational partner of the Economics Olympiad, a prominent international competition to enhance economic education and financial literacy among students.

UNYP partners with Junior Achievement Czech (JA Czech) to support the next generation of Czech youth by helping them develop financial and economic literacy through the Student Company competition. In addition to mentoring students, UNYP assists JA Czech with event organization, promotional activities, and educational initiatives.

UNYP is excited to partner with Uptown International School (UIS) in Dubai, part of the Taaleem group, to offer students exclusive academic opportunities. This includes guaranteed conditional admission, special scholarships, and skill-building workshops.

UNYP values the internationally focused education of the International Baccalaureate (IB) and recognizes IB graduates through credit recognition, allowing them to complete a US-accredited degree in as little as three years.

Sponsorships

UNYP is the official Educational Supplier of the Czech Olympic Team for 2022-2026. UNYP is also a partner of the Dual Career program and provides Czech Olympic athletes with access to higher education.

UNYP has partnered with AC Sparta Praha Floorball since 2016, marking its first sports sponsorship. This collaboration led to the renaming of Sparta’s home venue as UNYP Arena and the launch of a Sports Management concentration within the Business Administration programs.

LVI Praha Volleyball Club and the University of New York in Prague have partnered to promote sports education and international collaboration. This partnership offers students and players opportunities in sports management and introduces new scholarships for LVI team members to study at UNYP.

Memberships

UNYP’s CIS membership highlights its commitment to excellence in international education, student well-being, and ethical practices. It connects UNYP to a prestigious global network, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and the development of globally minded graduates.

UNYP is a member of ABSL. UNYP and ABSL have also established a partnership for higher education and offer ABSL members special rates and a tailored MBA in Business Services.

UNYP is a member of CEEMAN — Central and East European Management Development Association, the largest association of business education providers in Central and Eastern Europe.
