Prague Housing

There are several housing options in Prague for freshmen students. As these are suitable housing options for many newcomers to Prague and availability may be limited, it is important to book a room early.

PLEASE NOTE: Students can pick the room type, but building management places the student into an available apartment. These accommodations are not student dormitories.

Belgicka Apartments

Address: Belgická 335/26 or Belgická 275/24, 120 00 Prague 2

Rooms are located in apartments of 2, 3, or 4 separate rooms. Belgická Apartments is located very close to UNYP, just a 4-minute walk.

• Minimum booking period: 2 semesters

Student House Botič (SHB)

Twin rooms in a newly renovated building about 10-15 minutes away from UNYP.

DC Rezidence

Modern accommodation in single rooms in a renovated building, located in a quiet environment providing students with all the services necessary for study and relaxation. 30- 35 minutes from UNYP.

The Fizz Prague

Residence offers 539 apartments, in single, double, and shared categories, furnished with kitchenettes and bathrooms, with diverse community spaces such as study rooms, PlayStation corners, pool tables, fully equipped music room, movie lounge, garden, and terraces. Location: 20 minutes from UNYP. 5 stops by subway C.
