• Thesis Development and Defense: Students work with a mentor to develop and defend their theses, often eligible for publication.
• Evaluation: The School Research Lead (SRL) reviews the thesis for publication potential.
• Publication Process: The SRL, with faculty support, reworks the thesis into a research paper, submits it to journals, and handles editor correspondence. Students are credited as co-authors.
