Bachelor of Business Administration

Students in an American bachelor’s degree program who choose to major in Business Administration, Communication and Media, International Relations, or Psychology can sit the Czech state exams upon completing the program. Successful candidates are then awarded dual degrees, which consist of an American degree from the State University of New York an Empire State University, and a European degree from UNYP.

The four-year Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program aims to propel your career in business by offering a comprehensive overview of management topics relevant to diverse career paths. This degree is conferred by the State University of New York, Empire State University, accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, the primary accrediting body for colleges in the Middle States region.

This three-year study program led to a European bachelor’s degree (bakalář, Bc.) awarded by UNYP and accredited by the American International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), and the Czech National Accreditation Bureau for Higher Education.

The UNYP European BBA program is designed to provide a comprehensive education in multiple aspects of international business (marketing, management, finance, accounting, economics, and law). The BBA program is aimed at high school graduates wishing to pursue a bachelor’s degree in an international environment and is intended to suit a wide range of career paths. VOŠ graduates and holders of similar qualifications (e.g. a British HND or an American associate’s degree) may be eligible for advanced standing.

The program structure available to students in this European Business Administration Program reflects the requirement for specialist knowledge in today’s job market.

• Thesis Development and Defense: Students work with a mentor to develop and defend their theses, often eligible for publication.
• Evaluation: The School Research Lead (SRL) reviews the thesis for publication potential.
• Publication Process: The SRL, with faculty support, reworks the thesis into a research paper, submits it to journals, and handles editor correspondence. Students are credited as co-authors.

Cost-Free for Students: UNYP covers all publication fees, making this opportunity accessible to all.
