Kristina Lenkova

Kristina Lenkova spent most of her carrier in the banking sector, working in different areas of the industry. For the past 15 years she was appointed to different managerial positions in the field of Product Development, Marketing Communications and Operations. She has an extensive experience with large multinational financial corporations, as well as with local mid size players which pursued the role of digital leaders on the Czech banking market. Kristina Lenkova holds a Ph.D. degree in Economics from the Center of Economic Research and Graduate Education (CERGE-EI) in Prague, one of the most prestigious academic institutions in Eastern and Central Europe. After years of gaining her business experience in 2021 she decided to return to academics, where her professional carrier began, and prior to joining the UNYP started teaching business courses for the City University of Seattle and the University of Finance and Administration in Prague. Bulgarian by origin and a holder of a Czech citizenship, Kristina enjoys working and interacting in a multinational environment, facing challenges of multitasking and exploring new fields of activities which can bring her further experience and knowledge.
