Dipl. Wi. - Ing. University of Karlsruhe, Germany
Heinrich Homola received his Master in Industrial Engineering as Diplom – Wirtschaftsingenieur from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Germany. His international business career spans some 30 years, having worked with multinational corporations as well as with local SME’s and entrepreneurs. He started his career with Procter & Gamble in marketing in Germany. Later, being bilingual with German and Czech, he was one of P&G’s first managers in Prague after the iron curtain collapsed. He then switched to cosmetic giant COTY and became General Manager for Czech & Slovak republics, thereafter for The Netherlands, and ultimately for the whole German speaking DACH region. After Coty, he joined German C.O.P. East Consult as Managing Partner and built up their interim management practice, with Polish Telekom ERA and German Tchibo being his key stages. The Czech Republic lured him back again as CEO for Vitana, one of the country’s biggest food corporations.
Thereafter, Heinrich decided it’s time for something completely new: He qualified himself as a systemic coach & team coach, got his master practitioner in NLP, and started his own business. As coach & mentor, but also as contract manager, he helped, amongst others, to set up Prague’s Musée Grévin, Jansen Display and GS Pharmaceuticals.
For the last 18 years, Heinrich was able to follow his true passion: lecturing at various business universities and high schools; and mentoring very successfully student companies with the Junior Achievement organization. Last not least, he served and serves on various Supervisory and Advisory Boards.
His specializations are Strategies, Marketing & Communication, Leadership, International Business, Change Management, Consumer & Customer Service.
