Alžběta Mangarella

Alzbeta holds a PhD in Economics from the University Paris 10 Nanterre and has studied social sciences at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) and the University Lyon 2. Her research focuses on labour markets and gender social norms, with a particular interest for issues of work-life balance and causal evaluations of family policy. She is a researcher at the Czech Sociology Institute of the Academy of Sciences and is involved in research projects on female entrepreneurship.
