James Lord studied Literature and Creative Writing in the UK, where he had the opportunity to work with the current UK Poet Laureate Simon Armitage. He has taught Composition and Introduction to English Literature at The University of New York Prague since 2016. In addition to teaching, James writes poetry and prose which has appeared in Jacket Magazine and Now Then. James has lived in Prague since 2012.
