Professor Ter-Akopow Čemusová is an international educator with over 20 years of experience in higher education. She specializes in intercultural communication, experiential learning, and personal leadership development. Her work focuses on helping students and academic professionals build global competencies, professional skills, and cultural adaptability. She has extensive experience in study abroad programs, international student mobility, and higher education pedagogy. She has designed and led programs that integrate internships, intercultural competency training, and leadership development. Professor Ter-Akopow Čemusová holds master's degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Education from Charles University. She was a Fulbright scholar at the University of Kansas, where she deepened her expertise in intercultural communication and academic leadership. She serves on the Academic Board of the Architectural Institute in Prague and contributes as an Intercultural Communication Expert for the Institute for Excellence in Internationalization at Palacký University Olomouc (UPOL). Her primary interests include intercultural communication, personal leadership, and soft skills development.
