Anna is a psychologist and researcher focused on exploring how virtual reality can be applied in the field of mental health. She conducts her research at the National Institute of Mental Health (CZ). She is currently completing her PhD at the 3rd Medical Faculty, investigating emotional regulation in virtual reality in patients with borderline personality disorder. Anna also works as a therapist and conducts psychological assessments at two outpatient clinics in Prague, Podit s.r.o. and Interse.
After completing her Master's degree, she spent a year as a research assistant at Central European University in Budapest. During her PhD, she undertook a research internship at the Berlin School of Mind and Brain, contributing to the development of an application for physiological measurement in virtual reality. Her professional and academic interests include technology, clinical psychology, and wellbeing.
