James Maurice Gomez

B.A. Mass Communication M.A. Political Economy with a focus on the European Union

Was born in Los Angeles and after almost 40 years worked as a reporter and editor for United Press International, the Boston Globe, the Los Angeles Times and most recently Bloomberg News, before he retired. Now he is eager to share my decades of experience in news writing with students and share the theories as well as practicalities of the craft. Has a bachelor's degree in mass communication and master's degree in Political Economy with a focus on the European Union.
